Our name Fagerstedt Dynamics has its background in Urban Fagerstedt. Urban is one of Sweden's most experienced development managers, with in depth knowledge of the telecom industry world-wide. With more than 25 years within Ericsson, Urban has during the past 10 years held VP/GM positions, ending up with one of the worlds leading and one of the biggest R&D organisations with more than 5000 engineers (Ericsson Radio Development).
The word dynamics stands for the knowledge on the forces that produce change in any field of expertise.
