Urban has held board of director positions in a number of Ericsson subsidiaries including the role of chairman in Ericsson Radio Access AB(Sweden) and Ericsson System Expertice Ltd (Ireland).
Urban has been on the board of directors in Aepona Uk Ltd.
Currently he holds a directors role in Netcom Consultants AB.
